The reason the cells are divided like that is because in the chess board, the pieces will have different moves and depend on the colored cells (for example: when the statue is on the white square, it can only move. diagonally white, but cannot move on the black square, similarly the bishop on the black square)

Each player will be dealt a set of chess (white or black) consisting of 16 identical pieces and arranged according to the position in the first two rows closest to the player’s position.

How to arrange the position of the chess pieces

Each piece will be placed in the specified position while playing chess. Two players have to line up the pieces facing each other,

  • 8 Pawns are arranged in the second row from the bottom up
  • 2 rooks are placed on either side of the outermost corner of the last row of the chessboard. The shape of the chariot resembles a castle
  • 2 Knights will be placed next to 2 rooks. The shape of the horse is shaped like a horse’s head
  • Next to 2 Horses are 2 Statues
  • The Queen will be placed next to the Statue. However, if you hold a black queen, you will place it in the black square. Similarly, if holding a white queen, put it in the white square. On the Queen’s head is a pointed crown
  • The King with the cross symbol is the piece that will be placed next to the Queen in the last row on the chessboard

How the pieces move on the chessboard

Players, let’s learn how to move the chess pieces in the chessboard through the following article

Pawn

The pawn is considered to be one of the weakest pieces in the chessboard. It is only strong after reaching the last square in the chess set and can be ordained as one of the pieces in the chessboard such as: rook, horse, net, queen

At the start of the first move the pawn can move forward 2 squares but from subsequent moves it only moves one square at a time. Pawns can only move forward in a straight line and are not allowed to move horizontally and backwards. Moves straight, but the pawn can only eat the opponent’s other pieces diagonally and will not be able to move if it is blocked by another piece in front of it

Military Vehicles

The rook is the second strongest piece in the chess board, it is only second in strength to the queen. The rook is allowed to move horizontally, forward and backward as many squares as you like as long as there are no pieces in its path. All pieces in the path of the rook will be wiped out if the player wants to eat

Knight

The knight is the piece whose strength is most completely different from the other pieces on the chessboard. The knight is moved up, down, left, right in an L-shape, it can eat any piece in its path. Although its power is not absolute, its projection moves are extremely difficult. When it checks chess, it’s very difficult for other pieces to catch it

Mahout

The bishop with water moves diagonally according to the color of the square at the position it stands. It can move forward and backward as many squares as it wants as long as it is not blocked by other pieces

The Queen is the most powerful piece on the chessboard. It can move wide and far diagonally, horizontally, vertically, up and down. Thanks to its mobility on the chessboard, the Queen is often used to open up many moves and capture the opponent’s pieces. Because the Queen is so important, many gamers are often willing to sacrifice other pieces to save the Queen. Because many people think that, in the chessboard, if you lose the Queen at the beginning of the game, that game is considered to have been lost.

The Queen is considered the strongest piece on the chessboard. This is the only piece with the most flexible move in the chessboard, it can move up, down, horizontally, vertically and diagonally as much as you like. That is why it can make unpredictable moves that create difficult pressure for the opponent, in case the queen falls into a situation of being surrounded, the player is ready to sacrifice any piece to save the piece. Queen. If the queen is eaten early, the percentage of players losing will be very high
